The THCLP <b>articulated</b> connector has been designed to connect <b>2 square tubes</b>.
The <b>articulation range</b>, as well as the type of rotation and locking, vary between each reference and can be consulted in the <b>'Angle' column</b>. <br>
The <b>Nylon</b> (PA6) used is highly resistant and is characterized by a very long life and great resistance to aging. According to the reference, they have a <b>fiberglass reinforcement</b> which provides greater rigidity, dimensional and thermal stability.

Our connector has been designed for square tubes. It has a 135º angle.

<p>Our <b>THCLQ articulated connector</b> enables the connection of <b>2 square tubes</b> in different positions through a multi-part system designed for angular adjustment.</p>

<p>The articulation system provides two continuous adjustment ranges: from <b>0° to 190°</b> or from <b>45° to 200°</b>, depending on the system characteristics. The connector incorporates 2 conical chambers for housing hexagonal nuts. For this purpose, the tube profiles must be drilled in the corresponding position.</p>

<p>The articulation system offers two operating modes:</p>

<p><b>Type 1</b>: Free rotation movement.</p>

<p><b>Type 2</b>: Rotation movement with 15° internal serration.</p>

<p>The body material can be <b>PA6 (polyamide 6)</b> or <b>PA6GF30 (polyamide 6 + 30% glass fibre)</b>, depending on the reference. Glass fibre reinforcement in PA6GF30 versions provides increased rigidity as well as improved dimensional and thermal stability.</p>
