Our THCLQ articulated connector enables the connection of 2 square tubes in different positions through a multi-part system designed for angular adjustment.
The articulation system provides two continuous adjustment ranges: from 0° to 190° or from 45° to 200°, depending on the system characteristics. The connector incorporates 2 conical chambers for housing hexagonal nuts. For this purpose, the tube profiles must be drilled in the corresponding position.
The articulation system offers two operating modes:
Type 1: Free rotation movement.
Type 2: Rotation movement with 15° internal serration.
The body material can be PA6 (polyamide 6) or PA6GF30 (polyamide 6 + 30% glass fibre), depending on the reference. Glass fibre reinforcement in PA6GF30 versions provides increased rigidity as well as improved dimensional and thermal stability.
