Our knurled head nuts MTCG, similar to DIN 467, are available in PA66 and PA6GF30, offering lightweight, insulating, and resistant solutions for various industrial sectors.

Materials and Properties

  • PA66: engineering thermoplastic with high rigidity, good toughness, and excellent dimensional stability. Offers good resistance to wear, impact, and fatigue. Suitable for continuous use up to 100 °C. Resistant to oils, greases, hydrocarbons, and aliphatic solvents.
  • PA6GF30: PA6 reinforced with 30% glass fiber, significantly increasing its rigidity, mechanical and thermal resistance. Suitable for continuous use up to 130 °C. Excellent resistance to impact, thermal aging, and creep under load. Good chemical resistance to oils, greases, fuels, and many organic solvents.
