Our standard LGL ribbed insert for round tubes, made of LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) material, offer quick assembly and are available for a wide range of sizes.

Depending on the reference, the design of the ribs can be completely continuous around the body of the article itself or present interruptions. These ribs improve the fixation of the tip inside the tube.

Available in Black, White and Grey. Consult our commercial department if you are looking for a different size, design or color. We also offer versions for square tube: LE, for rectangular tube: LF, for oval tube: LFO, for triangular tube: LFD and for octagonal tube: SLJLO.

Our blanking plug of PE has been designed for protecting holes and finishing. It can be used as a glider for ending tubes. Also, this reinforced tube insert is more resistant than our family TGLM.   Our <b>round chrome</b> MTGLC inserts are manufactured in <b>ABS</b>, an ideal material for the chrome plating process to which this product family is subjected. <br><br> The <b>standard</b> galvanic treatment offers a high-quality aesthetic finish and is exclusively for <b>interior</b> use.<br><br> These plugs are available with the finish <i>Bright/polished chrome - Matte/satin chrome - Bright/polished nickel - Matte/satin nickel - Bright/polished gold - Matte/satin gold – Stainless Steel</i>, as well as with the option <b>personalization by laser engraving</b>.<br><br> Under a minimum order, we can carry out <b>specific treatments</b> with different deposit protocols, depending on the needs of each client. It can be produced in <b> RAL colors</b> on demand and its base is produced and offered in various materials. As a sum up, here goes their caracteristics: <br><br> * <i><b>PA6 base (nylon)</b></i>: good sliding and no wear-down. For parquet and wood flooring. <br> * <i><b>POM+PTFE base </b></i>: good sliding, friction-proof, vibration-proof and chemically resistant. For textile flooring like carpet or rugs <br> * <i><b> EVA body (rubbery) with POM+PTFE </b></i>: antiskid, vibration-proof, and sound-proof. For ceramic and wood flooring. Recommended to reduce sound (meeting rooms, theaters)... <br>   Round inserts plugs with <i>felt base for chairs and furniture</i>. We incorporate the felt by <b>friction welding</b>, which gives it excellent adhesion compared to other felts installed using glues or other systems.
