Our open grommet HYPFA enables quick installation even when cables or pipes are already assembled. Thanks to its side-entry design and flexible construction, it can be fitted into existing holes without removing the wiring.

Manufactured from PA66 (polyamide 66) in black, it provides excellent chemical resistance, good electrical properties, mechanical protection, insulation and vibration absorption.

· Flammability: UL94-V2, flame-retardant and self-extinguishing
· Hole diameter: from 12.7 mm to 38.10 mm
· Fixing system: anchoring teeth adaptable to panel thickness

Our <b>ALL-FIT</b> <b>MPF membrane cable grommets</b> are used in a wide range of applications, especially to <b>protect cables, pipes and hoses</b> from sheet metal edges or from sharp or unfinished edges of the components where they are installed.<br> These adjustable bushings feature a design with flexible tabs that facilitate the insertion of multiple cables, absorb impacts and vibrations, and ensure optimal protection and insulation. In addition, they offer resistance to chemical agents and good electrical properties.<br> These grommets are equipped with <b>locking tabs</b> that snap into the holes by finger pressure and adapt to the maximum panel thickness, remaining firmly secured to the panel. They are available in various sizes for hole diameters from <b>12.70 mm to 76.20 mm</b>.<br><br> They are manufactured from <b>heat-stabilized Polyamide 66</b> (PA66) with a <b>maximum operating temperature of 105°C</b> and supplied in <b>black</b>. With the pop-out membrane you have a sealed cap but even after passing a cable you maintain a guaranteed IP67 standard. The grommet needs no further installation tools and works extremely well even if cables pass through at extreme angles.   This semi-blind grommet is ideal to protect wires and cables passing through metal sheet. It installs instantly, it just has to simply snap into the hole. It also blanks holes for later insertion of cables etc..., It permits to lock into round or oval holes. Moreover, it protects against ingress of water and dust. Natural Rubber offers a good resistance to organic acids, alcohols and automotive brake fluid. <br> <i>*The references 02001000464 and 02001000910 have a design variation.
