Our MP insulating bushings are used to turn rough-edged, sharp or jagged holes into smooth, clean and insulated holes. They are used in multiple insulation and mechanical protection applications such as electrical and telecommunications cables, pipes, hoses, ropes and utility lines.

These rings have locking tabs that fit into the holes with fingertip pressure and conform to the maximum thickness of the panel until they are firmly attached to the panels. We have two different models: type 1 has a double tab on each side and type 2 has one tab on each side.

MP insulating bushings resist a kickback force of 15.8kg and are available in various sizes for use in holes from 4.7mm to 152.4mm in diameter.

Some references comply with the tests endorsed by UL (Underwriters' Laboratories) File E15331 and certified by the CSA (Canadian Standards Association) File 8919.

They are made of Nylon(PA66) and available in Black / White. They can be supplied in other colors; To consult the minimum order required for special colors, contact our sales office.

This open-close bushing is ideal to protect wires, cable tubings, and hoses from sharp, uneven drilled or punched holes in sheet metal. They are designed with multiple locks to positively snap in panels, and they can be fixed even when the cable/tubing is already mounted. The bushing provides a quick and easy installation , only with a fingertip pressure. The split design of this open-close bushing allows the bushing to be assembled around cable harnesses that have attachements larger than the inside diameter of the bushing.   Our AKDAA cable organizer allows cables to be passed through the table keeping them safe from damage. It has a minimalist design, with rounded shapes that, once installed, offer a minimally invasive result. Manufactured in linear low-density polyethylene <b>(LLDPE)</b>, it is available for hole diameters of <b>26</b> or <b>34 mm</b> and in the colors <b>black</b> and <b>natural</b>.   If you want this part with a connector in order to be mounted with the adapter LKDZZ, for its assembly with the cable guides LKABA or LKABZ, on cable ducts LKDG and LKDT, please visit our family LKDZY.   Our desk cable open grommet organizer permits to pass cables through the desk avoiding the damage of the cables. It has a round shape to be fixed to a desk diameter hole of 80mm.
