Our ellipsoid saddle for round tube is inserted under pressure through the central pin which locks and immobilizes the piece in its housing to prevent it from moving once it is placed.
The piece has different bases which are manufactured/supplied in different materials that, in summary, have the following features:
* Without base. The manufacturing material, Polyamide 6, allows good sliding and provides an anti-wear effect to the standard part.
* With sliding base made of PTFE “Teflón” which provides the best sliding effect and a mínimum “Dynamic and static” friction on most types of floors.
* With wool felt sliding base perfect for delicate floors such as parquet. In addition, it gives silencing properties to the piece (Sound reducing property).
* With base with an adhesive insert in TPE o PVC-P, depending on the reference, which gives a good non-slip effect. The soft material of the base gives the piece a very good sound-reducing property since the TPE or PVC-P of the base dampens noise. Advisable to reduce sound in (conference rooms, theaters, etc…).
