Our patented TKL membrane cable gland is made up of two components whose composition (TPE and PA66) and design allows fast and safe cable anchoring. The outer TPE layer works as a protector and prevents possible damage to the cables while providing vibration damping. The membrane design also meets IP65 certification.
Installation does not require tools and is done with little effort: it is placed by pressing it with your fingers until the cable gland is fixed in position and adjusts to the thickness of the panel where it is inserted. It only protrudes 5 mm from the material into which it is inserted and remains tightly fixed in both directions like a cable gland. The larger the diameter of the cable, the greater the retaining effect.
The different references cover a diameter range of cable or tube from 7 to 13 millimeters.
