Our double corrugated tube NPP is a flexible technical tube with a dual concentric structure and lateral openings along its entire length, designed for installation on pre-wired cables and replacement of damaged conduits in industrial and outdoor applications.
· Material: Thermostabilized polypropylene copolymer with UV resistance.
· Operating temperature: -40 °C / +130 °C (peaks up to +150 °C).
· Flammability: Flame retardant and self-extinguishing UL94-V2, FMVSS 302, DIN 75200.
· Characteristics: Dual concentric tube structure with lateral openings, installation on existing cables, high resistance to alcohols, greases, mineral oils and fuels. Applications in photovoltaics, mechanical and automotive industries. Tensile strength 22 MPa, elastic modulus 1100 MPa, elongation at break >250%.
